To someone who has experience with a work from home setup, they instantly know that working from home is no easy feat. But of course, it has its perks. One is the commute time. I have been working on and off with a private or government-owned company, and the amount of commute takes more time than the actual work to be done. And at home, it is more or less a distraction-free environment, and it gives me more time to care for my son.
Another reason is I am more productive during the wee hours of the morning. Which makes it easy for me to wake up, then proceed to my computer and start any tasks assigned to me. And of course, I have my tools and resources readily available on my computer.
Here is a short video about the amazing benefits of working from home.
