How I Multitask

How I Multitask: A 10 minute tour of my mind

My mind is like the taskbar of my browser. A lot of different tabs are open because I have a lot on my mind. I think about school. I also think about work. And I think about my son all the time. And lately I also think about the training I attended and the tasks involved.

The problem however, is I could not focus on what I want to do, because my mind is so cluttered that I get side tracked so easily. So I would put on some music, to try and clear my mind. And hopefully get my mind to prioritize what needs to be done, to accomplish the necessary tasks.

Music always finds a way to talk to me. I feel it in the depths of my being, and I become more focused on what I wanted to do.

Earlier after the training, I was feeling down, and wanted to quit. Which is pretty stupid come to think of it because we are almost at the end of our Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training.

So as I got home, I turned my laptop on, then started recording this video. And as you may have noticed, I am also writing a blog post. This blog post will also serve as a venue for my creative juices to flow, and hopefully the music will relieve my tired soul even for a while. To help me continue with my RISTT journey. And to remind me why I started in the first place.

Even now I am multitasking and I just created my blog post in less than 20 minutes.
