Our Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training trainer is not Mr. John Keating from the movie Dead Poet’s Society, but the way he inspire us to be the best version of us every day, Sir Ian Dionaldo could might as well be .
John Keating: You must strive to find your own voice because the longer you wait to begin, the less likely you are going to find it at all.

He’d remind us to stop procrastinating and start now! He would repeat to us that we are fortunate enough to have grabbed this opportunity and to make the best out of it. We may have a grueling 21 day Digital Marketing Campaign but it will surely be all worth it in the end.
This training has been uplifting and tiring at the same time, but as the days’ progress, I also see my progress as a freelancer. Not only have I renewed my knowledge about the freelancing world, but I also renewed the gusto in me.
There is indeed a voice inside me wanting to break free all these years, and it seems like for the past weeks of the training, it is slowly creeping out. As if it found an opening and would break free soon enough. I am forever grateful for the opportunity.
