In Between RIS Technical Training Days (III)
Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training just finished its 3rd week of technical training. And 25 freelancers are starting to let their presence felt online. One thing to do this is by creating a social media account and publishing online our portfolio or blog site. This is basically what I am doing here.
Now in one of my cousin’s Facebook post, she tagged me to join a post engagement game about posting a movie poster for 10 days, no explanations needed. I will continue to join there, but I will also talk about the movie here in my blog site whenever I can. For my 2nd day out of the 10 days, I will post about the movie Wreck It Ralph, simply because of a quote that resonates within –
“I’m bad, and that’s good! I will never be good, and that’s not bad!”
-Ralph (Wreck It Ralph)
This quote does not give justification for any of the wrong things I have done in my life, but it gives meaning to accepting who I am. I shouldn’t be too hard on myself, but to try and accept that I am exactly where I am supposed to be. And all those things in the past has a part on where I am right now.
I remember a college professor who always reminded us to write about something we already know. This is my basis for my writing. It may not be perfect, but so am I. I am a work in progress. It is always up to us to make it creative or whatever we want. It does not really matter if we fail or succeed in the eyes of other people but what matters most is that we took action. We did something and that in itself is a success.
